Mac users are currently experiencing problems accessing Labspace applications. Academic Technology is working to resolve the issue.

Summer 2015 classes now available in iLearn

Summer 2015 classes are now available in iLearn. If you have been officially assigned to teach a Summer 2015 class, you can start building your iLearn site today. To view your Summer 2015 classes, log in to iLearn, then click on Show all my courses... in the My Courses block on the left, then on Summer 2015.

[downtime] Scheduled Maintenance for iLearn March 23 - 8AM to 10AM

iLearn will be down for scheduled maintenance on Monday, March 23rd (first day of Spring Break) from 8:00AM to 10:00AM. iLearn will not be available during this time.

Coursestream will be down for maintenance on March 6 from 7:00AM to 9:00AM. Scheduled recordings will operate as normal, but playback will not be available until we resume service.

Turnitin scheduled maintenance on March 7, 2015

Turnitin has posted an official announcement for a scheduled downtime of their services on March 7th. This will affect all turnitin assignments in iLearn.

Hello there,

Turnitin services may be unavailable during a scheduled maintenance period on Saturday, March 7, 2015, from 7 AM to 11 AM U.S. Pacific Time (see local time:

An announcement will appear for users within Turnitin at least 1 week in advance of when the system will be unavailable for this scheduled maintenance. This maintenance will affect Turnitin and TurnitinUK users.

Instructors are encouraged to modify assignment due dates either before or at least several hours after the scheduled maintenance window.

Archive courses from Fall 2012 and Winter 2013 going away March 20

On Friday, March 20, 2015, access to past iLearn classes from Fall 2012 and Winter 2013 will be removed from the iLearn environment.

Prior to March 20, 2015, instructors can download backups of classes in those semesters using the following instructions:

[resolved] iLearn performance issues January 19th - January 20th

On January 20th, iLearn's performance issues were resolved. However, in order to do so, Academic Technology temporarily disabled access to archive iLearn courses from semesters prior to Fall 2014. On January 21, 2015 access to archived courses was restored. All iLearn functionality has now been completely restored.

iLearn is continuing to experience performance issues. Some users may encounter slow loading pages when accessing iLearn classes. To help address some of the performance issues we have temporarily removed access to all iLearn courses prior to Fall 2014 and all collaborative sites. Only Fall 2014, Winter 2015 and Spring 2015 classes are currently available in iLearn.

We will provide updates as we have more information.
