As we begin this new semester, we offer some tips to get the best experience from iLearn. Remember that you can keep track of these tips or get general information about iLearn from our website, atcentral.sfsu.edu or our twitter feed @sfsuilearn.
Students
- All email from iLearn is sent to your official SF State email address. Make sure to check your SF State email, or forward your email to something you will check.
- If you have any holds on your account, you will not be able to see your classes on iLearn. Make sure you resolve any holds with the registrar's office or you will not be able to use iLearn.
- Classes can take up to 24 hours to appear in iLearn after you add them. If you see them on your schedule but not in iLearn, please wait at least 24 hours before contacting us.
Faculty
- Your iLearn courses will not be available to students until you make them available. Make sure you make your class available to students if you will be using iLearn.
- Please review the faculty checklist for more details on how to get started with iLearn.
