On Wednesday, October 17, 2012 courses from the 2009-2010 academic year (Fall 2009, Winter 2010, Spring 2010, and Summer 2010) will no longer be directly available within the iLearn environment.
We know that some faculty continue to reference these past courses so we will continue to provide access to these material by request through the AT Help Desk. To make a request, send an email to email@example.com with the following information:
- Course Name
- Course Section
- Semester of Course
- Office number (if you wish to receive your archive on CD via campus mail)
An iLearn backup zip file will be pulled for you that can be restored into a Fall 2012 course shell or unzipped to gain access to files contained within the course. The support team can answer any additional questions.
Prior to October 17, 2012, faculty can backup courses from these semesters themselves using the following instructions: https://quickguides.calstate.edu/sfstate/quickguides/view/156.
