Campus closure and Academic Technology hours for the Winter
The Academic Technology help desk will be closed from December 24, 2012 to January 1, 2013. The iLearn Help Desk will be available via email only to email@example.com to answer any questions from you or your students on the following dates during the campus closure:
- Monday, December 24th from 9am to 5pm
- Wednesday, December 26th through Friday December 28th from 9am to 5pm
Emails will be answered during this period with a 2 to 4 hour response time during business hours. We will reopen on January 2nd with full support services available.
