[Resolved] Campus network outage issue 1/8/2013
The scheduled power outage from this morning caused a network disruption across campus. AT services were restored 9:32AM today, 1/8/2013.

Network services are down as a result of the scheduled power outage this morning. All AT services including iLearn are currently offline. We will post a new message when we have more details.
Campus closure and Academic Technology hours for the Winter
The Academic Technology help desk will be closed from December 24, 2012 to January 1, 2013. The iLearn Help Desk will be available via email only to firstname.lastname@example.org to answer any questions from you or your students on the following dates during the campus closure:
- Monday, December 24th from 9am to 5pm
- Wednesday, December 26th through Friday December 28th from 9am to 5pm
Emails will be answered during this period with a 2 to 4 hour response time during business hours. We will reopen on January 2nd with full support services available.

Update: The issue seems to be resolved for now. According to information from the Division of Information technology, some users started experiencing login issues at 3:15PM on 09/12/2012. All users should now be able to log in as normal. If you experience any issues with logging in to any campus services, please contact the Division of Information technology helpdesk at email@example.com
Campus authentication is currently offline. Users cannot log in to any services on campus including iLearn. We're working with the Division of Information Technology to get more details. We will update when we know more.
[Completed - 8/15 - 11:30AM] Scheduled downtime for AT Datacenter upgrade 8/15 from 4AM to noon
Update 8/15 11:30AM: All Academic Technology online services are back up and available.
On August 15, 2012 from 4:00AM to Noon we will be performing a required upgrade to our storage system for all of our online applications. All AT online services including iLearn, CourseStream and DIVA will be unavailable during this time.
[resolved] Campus services unavailable from public Internet 8/8/2012 6:00AM
Update 8:48AM: Campus connectivity to the public Internet has been restored. All campus services are now available from off campus. According to the Division of Information technology, campus services were unavailable from to the public Internet from 6:00AM to 8:40AM today, August 8th.
All on campus web services are currently unavailable (6AM) from off campus due to connectivity issues on the campus network. All campus web services including the main sfsu website and all AT services are unavailable from off campus. This network connectivity issue is unrelated to our earlier, planned outage.
From on campus, all AT services are up and running. We are working with DoIT to resolve the issue.

Update - 8/8/12 - 4:45AM: Academic Technology systems are back online and available.
All Academic Technology systems including iLearn, CourseStream, DIVA, and Library eReserves will be unavailable starting on Tuesday, August 7th at 11pm through Wednesday, August 8th at 8am. This is required as part of a move of all AT servers and will help improve overall up-time.
Scheduled downtime for campus network update, July 7th and 8th
The Division of Information Technology has scheduled two network maintenance outages to improve the campus network's connection to the Internet from Saturday, July 7, 2012 10:00PM to July 8, 2012 at 6:00AM and another from July 8, 2012 at 10:00PM to July 9, 2012 at 6:00AM. During this time users from off campus may not be able to access campus services such as iLearn, Cousestream, and other campus hosted services for a period of up to two hours. Users on campus will not be affected.
