[resolved] iLearn networking issues April 9, 2013
The issue affecting visibility of courses in iLearn has been resolved as of 12PM, April 9. All courses should be visible now.

Update 3/1 7:30AM: Maintenance for iLearn has been completed. iLearn is now up and running.
On Friday, March 1st from 7am to 8am, iLearn will be unavailable for a required maintenance routine.

network connection issues on campus, all AT services offline 1/8
Network services are down as a result of the scheduled power outage this morning. All AT services including iLearn are currently offline. We will post a new message when we have more details.
Scheduled downtime for all AT services due to power outage January 8 and 9 from 12AM to 9AM
On January 8 and 9, 2013 from 12:00AM to 9:00AM all AT services including iLearn, CourseStream and DIVA will be offline due to a scheduled power outage affecting the J. Paul Leonard Library.
Note: The times have been corrected. AT services are down starting at midnight.

Spring 2013 classes will be temporarily unavailable in iLearn beginning at 1PM
Beginning at 1:00PM, Spring 2013 classes will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes for some routine preventative maintenance. This downtime will only affect Spring 2013 classes.

[Notice] Unscheduled iLearn downtime on Sunday, September 23 from 8:13PM to 9:31PM
iLearn was down on Sunday night from 8:13PM to 9:31PM. We brought the system back online, and everything resumed as normal. However, ATCentral was also offline until 10:50PM, so notification could not be sent out.

[Completed - 8/15 - 11:30AM] Scheduled downtime for AT Datacenter upgrade 8/15 from 4AM to noon
Update 8/15 11:30AM: All Academic Technology online services are back up and available.
On August 15, 2012 from 4:00AM to Noon we will be performing a required upgrade to our storage system for all of our online applications. All AT online services including iLearn, CourseStream and DIVA will be unavailable during this time.
[resolved] Campus services unavailable from public Internet 8/8/2012 6:00AM
Update 8:48AM: Campus connectivity to the public Internet has been restored. All campus services are now available from off campus. According to the Division of Information technology, campus services were unavailable from to the public Internet from 6:00AM to 8:40AM today, August 8th.
All on campus web services are currently unavailable (6AM) from off campus due to connectivity issues on the campus network. All campus web services including the main sfsu website and all AT services are unavailable from off campus. This network connectivity issue is unrelated to our earlier, planned outage.
From on campus, all AT services are up and running. We are working with DoIT to resolve the issue.

Update - 8/8/12 - 4:45AM: Academic Technology systems are back online and available.
All Academic Technology systems including iLearn, CourseStream, DIVA, and Library eReserves will be unavailable starting on Tuesday, August 7th at 11pm through Wednesday, August 8th at 8am. This is required as part of a move of all AT servers and will help improve overall up-time.
